Voler Car Rental - Security deposit and fuel cost not refunded

I had booked a car through Voler in the month of November ****, and paid **** as security deposit. When I returned the car, it had more fuel than when I had rented it. Therefore, as per policy they also owe me the extra fuel cost. It has been * months, they have not refunded the owed money.
