Voler Car Rental - Self Driven car company not refunding booking amount

I booked rental car in Voler Cars through online on **-**-**** and date of journey is on *-**-****, but on **-**-**** his booking was canceled then I had inquired about this issue and they told your booking was canceled due to that car was accident so vehicle was not available we will refund that amount and wait for ** working days but they did not refunded whenever I had inquired about this but they did not giving satisfactory response delaying provide refund amount so regrading this issue I wanted file a grievance against to them and I expected refund amount as soon as possible with penalty amount.

As i checked in the google reviews its their business taking bookings from customers and cancel in the last moment, they will never return the booking amount=. they simply push days. They are cheating ***s of people.
