Colive Bangalore - Security Advance refund not received

I didn't received the security deposit after vacating from Colive.
I have already informed that I will be staying only for ** days during my move in time (Dec **) and concerned people from Colive told me that I will be getting full advance once I vacate.
I cannot raise the notice period on Ist of the Dec as my move in date was on Dec ** and the stay duration was only for just ** days.
If I was not getting my advance amount, this should have been notified to me before so that I won't prefer to stay in colive. This has not mentioned to me during move in time and they have Clearly mentioned I will be getting advance amount once i vacate.
They have charged extra **** rs and issued legal notice to me
I could see many people not received security deposit after vacating. This is a fraud company. Please take action
