Byjus ias - Scamming People saying Video conference s evidence doesn t count as they have provided Instructions

Around August **, ****,An agent from Byjus had a video conference(or Counselling session online) ,with me regarding IAS BHLP program, offering Discounted price To the candidates that will be selected through the counseling session. It was recorded at their end, me being just a newbie i didn't record it as i don't know what will be consequences of not recording it.
During the video conference, i asked him that after taking the course which was *****₹ in total in emi, Can I cancel at any time?? That is after *-* months or so whenever i want, if i have any problem,he replied in affirmative. So without further delay i joined the course and started searching for time table for the courses in email, in that I didn't know that they have sent the instructions regarding Cancellation policy which was only ** days after Registration. Unfortunately I have looked into the Cancellation policy(in the eyes of the company) while i was looking for time table.
Fast forward I was enjoying the course for around two months and then, something happened in our family and i was the sole earner in the family, I went for construction works during day time and tried to study at night, but unfortunately due to the heavy work i had to put during day time i couldn't study at all, that's when i decided to Cancel the course that was In December ****.
I haven't been taking online classes from October itself.
So i filed a complain through call and i was able to speak with Cancellation team regarding Cancellation. And to my Surprise, they want me to give the prove of "The Cancellation that can be done at any time which the counsellor have said it, which i don't have it which is in their hands"They said that i have read instructions as i have opened the email, but i was just looking for Time table at the email. And I asked them to provide Video Conference which they have recorded, they say yes, (the counsellor promise to give me the Video link also, the counsellor was in call conference with the cancellation team as well as myself). So i message the counsellor after the conversation that was on * Jan , he said he would provide me the link but didn't (the one thing that can prove my words are correct). I call him but didn't pick up, message him but didn't give me.
As time passes i became fed up so i just stop complaining as i have other important works to do like trying to survive with my income.
As i am from a rural area, the construction works doesn't give me much, around *****-*****/month of which i have to give to the company ₹****/month because of the stupid thing i have done (i.e not to record my Counselling).
It's very hard to live with only ₹ ****-****/month so i complain again today, but the cancellation team said they couldn't provide you the Video Conference that they have recorded, and i need to prove that they have said we can cancel at any time.
I feel like i have been fooled, they know that i don't have evidences except that video which they are not willing to provide. Everytime they are focussing only on the email which i have opened but not read. I requested several times to check the video conference but they ignore it completely. I don't understand why wouldn't they provide me the Video if it is fair and correct??
They are luring downtrodden and poor people in the name of instructions thay have given while Verbally on video conference they promise anything we have asked them will be done. I am the Sole bread earner of my family, and i am suffering from their misguided policy which the counsellors are using to lure poor people to get the commissions of getting maximum admission to their company. I have paid around ₹**k and now i cannot cancel so i have to pay every month **** while my monthly income is **k?? Till August??
For the first two months i will definitely pay but the rest, say from Dec when i requested them to cancel?? Pliz look into this matter and not only me, many parents are falling into this trap and paying the fees while their children want to quit. Plz change the cancellation policy.
