Due to pandemic situation Im making minimum payment from last * months ***** but my principle amount decreased from ****** to ******. ***** for charges and interest they have deducted. It's like **** interest per month, instead of this lending money from outside is far better I think.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
