Dear Sir,
I am escalating the under mentioned complaint to your good office requesting for your intervention to resolve the issue ASAP. You Customer Care Executives and their higher ups are not bothered to solve the issue.
*. I made an online purchase for Rs. **,***.** ** Apr ****.
*. The same was transferred to MERCHANT EMI on ** Apr ****.
*. The product purchased was cancelled from my end and the amount was refunded by AMAZON.IN on ** Apr ****.
*. I raised an issue to SBI CARD to cancel my EMI as the product was returned to the merchant and that the merchant credited back the amount into my SBI Card account.
*. The Customer Care refused to cancel the EMI and charged me the first instalment ** Apr ****.
*. After a lot of to and fro emails, I got an email from Principal Nodal Officer on ** May **** that the issue has been processed vide Ref *************.
*. In the statement dated ** May ****, I was surprised to see that am amount of Rs. **,***.** was shown neither under credit nor debit.
*. On close scrutiny of the statements dated ** Apr **** and ** May ****, I was surprised that this amount was conveniently taken towards debit, thereby increasing my payable amount by Rs. **,***.**.
*. I took up the matter to your Customer Care and escalated the issue to Customer Service Head on ** Jun ****, and still awaiting any response from his end.
**. In all my mails I had clearly mentioned that I am not liable to pay the ** May statement amount of Rs. **,***.** as the amount is including the disputed amount of Rs **,***.**. Also, any repercussion shall be entirely SBICPPL and I will not be liable to pay any late fees etc.
**. Also, I have made a payment of Rs. **,*** towards the Min amount due vide statement. Please note that the payment made is more than the actual payment to be made once this issue gets resolved. (**,***-**,***= *****) this amount of Rs **,***.** is lesser than the amount due to me.
Request you to kindly look into this matter as high priority and do the needful.
