my issue starts from June **** (atleast when I got to know about it) where I saw a steep drop in my CIBIL score and the reason for the same was shown as a pending/missed payment on my SBI Auto Loan account which i took a year ago in June ****. After trying to reach SBI Manager of the same branch where my loan account is, I had to visit him and there after a long time he gets to understand the issue and informs me that the previous manager Ms. Kudrat Gill had punched wrong ECS mandate for my loan and the amount of INR ** is less which is why after an year they "thought" I am missing my payments. The mistake was completely on them still he asked me to pay the amount then and there and the issue will be resolved. I being tensed about my CIBIL agreed to it and he asked me to pay around INR *** whereas if the amount is INR ** then for ** months it should be INR *** only but he asked for more than *** to which he had an explanation that i have to pay the interest and penalty charges when the mistake was theirs only. I still agreed and paid. Now the trouble starts, I thought they would resolve it but every month the CIBIL kept dropping for * months and the manager had no response, I tried every thing but no resolution. Finally, in January ****, the issue was resolved and my cibil was corrected. But just a few days after that I received a message from SBI that I have a pending EMI on **th against the same auto loan, however, the date was **th and EMI was already deducted, I quickly forwarded it to the manager but again no response and the next month it showed as missed payment on my CIBIL and my cibil dropped again. Then again the same vicious circle of complaints but thankfully it took a little less time this time and they told me it is resolved however, they just corrected the missed payment part but still showed that I have a due of **,***+ on my account which is why again the next month it dropped and now this month April **** i have again received the same message of EMI pending on **th and again i have made complaints but nothing. I have raised * complaints with RBI ombudsman as well but none of them has been dealt with. They respond after a few days that we have closed your complaint and you can't appeal. I have been getting tortured by this SBI bank from last *-** months and would really want a permanent resolution and compensation
