Sbi Credit Card - SBI CREDIT CARD

Hi Team,

My self Tarun Kumar from Patiala Punjab, This case is regarding my credit card joining fee and late fee charged on joining fee.
on **st of May I got and sms from SBI credit card team regarding card has been dispatched to your address and on **rd June I got and sms regarding card has delivered to your registered address but I was out of station that time and same thing I asked to my family also regarding they received any card or not but they also don't know anything about it, hence I decided that when I'll reach at home they I'll ask to my neighbors regarding courier may be delivery person given my courier to another person again I got same thing from my neighbor that they didn't received anything on my behalf hence I asked same thing from customer service team of SBI credit card but they replied as per our system it is received by you which was impossible and after that approach that who applied for a new card for me they also failed to provide any information to me even they told me without OTP delivery person couldn't give courier to another without having OTP from you.
So this is all about my case which is on going and from joining fee ***.**/- plus taxes now made RS. ****.**/- so I request you to kindly resolve it at your earliest convenience so I can come out from this mentally torture.
