My father requested for SBI credit card . Till now we have not received Card in hand but they started to put charges to my father as he paid *** Rs as fee on credit card last month. Now when we followed by with them they are not giving proper update when they can deliver the card to us. We have already raised ticket but still no response or action. Hence we need your help to solve teh issue.
