Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the unethical transactions that took place on my SBI credit card on *th March. I have been a loyal customer of SBI for several years and have always trusted your services. However, the recent incident has left me disappointed with the lack of efficient response from your credit card division.
On the aforementioned date, an unknown individual hacked into my mobile and email ID and proceeded to make multiple unauthorized transactions on my SBI credit card. The fraudulent activity involved purchasing Amazon Gift Vouchers from Amazon between *.** AM and *.** AM without my knowledge or consent. It is extremely alarming that the fraudulent party was able to conduct such transactions within a short span of time.
Fortunately, SBI's credit card system brought this suspicious activity to my attention by automatically calling me during the fraudulent transactions. As soon as I received the call, I took immediate action by contacting your customer care helpline to stop any further unauthorized transactions. However, to my dismay, I faced great difficulty in reaching a representative who could assist me promptly. It is disheartening that even in such an emergency situation, my calls went unanswered multiple times.
Moreover, I find it concerning that the one-time password (OTP) for these transactions was sent to my email ID. It appears that the fraudster was able to gain access to my email account and misuse the OTP for their transactions. I have lodged several complaints regarding this matter, both through social media platforms and email, but unfortunately, no significant action has been taken to address and resolve my concerns. As a result, I have been unable to clear the charges amounting to approximately Rs. **** on my credit card account. Although some of the charges have been reversed, the pending amount remains unresolved.
I genuinely believe in the trustworthy reputation of SBI and its commitment to customer satisfaction. Therefore, I kindly request immediate intervention and resolution of this issue. It is vital that this matter is resolved at the earliest to reinstate the trust and faith of customers in SBI. I trust that SBI, being a pioneer in the banking industry, will reconsider their protocols to ensure a more secure and efficient system to safeguard its customers from such fraudulent activities in the future.
I eagerly await your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. It is my sincere hope that we can restore my faith in SBI and reaffirm my trust in your credit card division.
