SBI CREDIT CARD DIVISION - SBI CREDIT CARD DISPUTE IN BILLING

My wife was convinced by one of the agent of SBI credit card division and allotted one SBI credit card.After getting the credit card we used for Rs.****/ or ****/- (exactly) i dont remember but the amount was done as the next years renewal fees will be waved off.later on the amount was cleared by us.after that we have never used the same credit card anywhere,but again and again we are getting message in my mobile number that there is one outsatnding of rs.****+.when ever we try calling the given no.in some sms and ask regarding the billing details the reply from other side is "we cant say the detail" there are other sections and it never ends.we feel harassed for this and want to put a consumer case against them ,please guide.
