Dear SBI

Let Me Summarize What Happened Till Now Between SBI And Me. And How SBI Have Created Me, How Critical I Have Been Affected By SBI. And To What Core I Have Been Suffered Physically, Mentally, Financially Effected By SBI.



Let Me Briefly Explain My Query Again.

*. I Have Given Request To Close My SCI Credit Card With Card Number **************** And On **/**/**** I Have Sent Mail Request To Close My SBI, SBI Have Called Me And Advised Me To Pay The Outstanding Bill Of Rs.***** In Order To Closing My Card, I Have Paid The Outstanding Bill On **/*/**** And Conformed With SBI Representative About The Status Of My Card Have Been Closed.

*. From That (July, ****)I Have Not Received Any Monthly Statement. Hence I Strongly Believed That My SBI Card Have Been Closed Permanently Closed.

*. On **-**-**** I Got A Email That I Have To Pay Rs.**** As My Outstanding Bill. And From That I Have Demanded Explanation From SBI For This Statement And From That.

Because SBI Is Asking To To Pay Bill All Sudden After * Months Of Conforming Of My Card.

*. Regarding This Issue I Have Contacted SBI And Sent More Than ***+ Emails And For None I Got Prompt Reply (For Maximum Emails I Got Some Default Reply Which Are Not At All Relevant To My Query). What I Got It Variations In My Email As Mentioned Below

Then I Have Complained In Voxya Social Media And Immediately Within One Week Got The Reply That

*. All My Bills Have Been Paid

*. I Have No Outstanding Bill

*. My Card Is Permanently Closed

*. As I Have Paid Rs.*** On **-**-****, I Have Nothing To Pay More And In The Already Paid Rs***. After Taking By Outstanding Bill Of Rs.*** SBI Will Revert Me Balance ***.

*. Also SBI Have Provided NOC For My Card.



This Is What SBI Played With Me And Made To Suffer Mentally To The Very Core.





Now My Query Is

*. As On Date My Outstanding Bill Was Rs.*** Only. Till Now SBI Have Never Mentioned That My Outstanding Bill Was Only Rs.***??

*. How The Calculation Was Made??

*. When Will I Get The Refund Amount Into My Bank Account??

*. I Was Reporting About This Issue To SBI For Past ** Months And There Where No Response Given In SBI Credit Card Section Coimbatore (Already Narrated About Issue And The Very Worst Irresponsible Response Given By SBI Credit Card Outlet) And Even For Emails I Have Not Get Any Proper Reply From Your Side For Over ***+ Emails Sent By Myself. Really I Have Suffered A Lot Of Physiological And Physical Stress.

*. I Really Would Like To Know Now What Made SBI To Realize Its Mistake And How SBI Stopped Asking More And More Money From Me??

*. SBI Has Given A Solution For Their Fake Updates In The Name Of NOC. From Starting Till Date. What Was The Solution For My Lossed I Have Faced Due To This Irresponsible Irrelevant And Worst Service By SBI?????

*. Id This Is The Solution, Then Why SBI Have Not Done It Insteadly?? Why SBI Have Done It Very Immediately Only After Complaining In Voxya??

*. So What Is The Purpose Of SBI Outlets And The Online Complaint Email ID, What Is The Use Of Complaining Even To Nodel Officer??
*. Initially SBI promised to provide refund of my excess amount, Now SBI is denying to Give refund. **.When will I get the refund of the excess amount??
