I purchased two Sansui AC's on **th Feb **** from Vijay sales and started using them this week. To my utter disappointment both are not working properly and not doing any cooling. For this I have lodged complaint with Sansui but they are not taking any action on this. Request your help here as the severe heat is taking toll on my.
Now they are not picking up my phone.
