VINAY VAKHARIA filed complaint against Sansui India on Jun 4, 2019
I bought a Sansui ** UHD tv from Sapra sales Nagpur Maharashtra with *+* year penal warranty on ** September **** invoice no ***** serial no ****************** but on *th of April **** tv blinks in live streaming. So that I complain about the same. Engineer Mr Pradip Umredkar came and analysis tv and told that needs to change the penal and it is not available as of now. After ** days I call him but he denies no updates from the company. Then he gave me cell no of another company head person but they all deny that the company is closed and we are helpless if you want to file a case then go ahead and file. The service charge for the visit also given by me Rs ***/-. Kindly help me for the replacement of panel or tv. I call Mr Kulwir the area manager for the Nagpur but he didn't pick up the call and never reply for the massages for the same. Till date, the company sold the products online and offline. They gave a warranty for the same. Please stop them till the company reopens or giving after sales services. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
