Shanoob Nassar filed complaint against Ssmsung estore on Sep 3, 2020

I ordered a phone from Samsung eStore on *th August for *****/- and delivery was suppose to happen on **th August, when not received till **th I raised a request to cancel the order and refund the amount.
Called customer care more than ** times till now , emailed them, raised concern with ceo team.

All I get in response is wait for ** hours and that ** hours never ended starting from **th August.

Ceo team called and when I was explaining the issue they hung up on me
