Hi Lenovo/ Sales/ Post sale/ Products/ Higher Management Team,
Please clear this with sales/Post Sales/ Product. Which team will clear this?

Already, I had my discussions with customer care before sale.
Could you please pull those calls and go through it once.
Please Get back if anything is wrong.
If connected with sales they push into Post sales.
If I connect with Post sales they are pushing into other team.
If I connect with Escalation they are pushing into Sales.
If I connect with technical they are pushing Sales.
Still this issue is cycling.
Kindly involve higher management to track and sort this out immediately.
Even though I was a lenovo product user. From long to still I am using lenovo products for my corporate and technical usage.
