"Yesterday, I noticed that the Bluetooth and one USB port on my Lenovo laptop were not working. Today, until * PM, the laptop was working, though I was still facing the same issue. I contacted Lenovo support, and an employee connected with me over the call and took remote access to my laptop. They downloaded some BIOS update and restarted the laptop, but now it’s not starting at all. It will cost me to take a backup of the important work on it and to get it repaired."

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
