Sir, I had taken Byju's course class *. *. * for * years on */*/****. I had done a UPI transaction of Rs. ***** of Rs. **.*** using credit card. I had done a UPI transaction of Rs. *****.** and received the tablet on **/*/**. I called on **/*/** from senior education counsellor name Sagar Rajesh Chandani mobile number ********** and said that we had done a short transition of Rs. *****.** but we were charged Rs. *****.** and told that our EMI is not happening, so we will have to do a transaction of Rs. *****.** again, only then will your course continue. I was told that your previous transaction will be refunded. I used to call again and again, but I was told that it will be refunded. When I called Byju's customer care, I came to know that the second transaction was Rs. *****.* did not go to Byjus' account, then I came to know that I was cheated, I filed a cyber complaint and I also complained to Byjus, then Sagar Sir talked to customer care and my account has not been refunded, ICICI credit card people filed a complaint and gave me Rs. *****.* for ** days, then after the complaint was completed, ICICI credit card people said that the merchant has received the money, so money got debited from my account, on talking to ICICI customer care, they said to file an FIR, so I told this to Sagar Sir, he said that we will complain to RBI, then he said that the money will come in seven working days, did I complain or not, I know, then on **/**/** they called and said that you have made the payment, so the refund is not happening, money will have to be taken from your credit card to your account, so I did that and Rs. *****.** was deducted from my credit card The money was disconnected and till date no money has come to my account and when I call them they say that I will transfer the money to your account, they have transferred it two-three times but the money is not coming to my account, so if you want the case then take it, they are saying but till date neither the money has been given nor has it Come Sir, I filed a cyber crime report Acknowledgement no. *) ************** Date **/**/**** *) ************* Date ** /**/**** There was no result but I kept calling and on **/**/**** Rs. ***** was deposited in my account from Kotak Mahindra Bank and they are saying that they will pay after the remaining payment is made but when I am calling, the call is not being received and I have also called byju's by email but no action has been taken Byju's sales office Summer Court Building Magarpatta Hadapsar Pune Maharashtra Pin code ****** There was an office here but it has been closed Lexington Towers, Tavarekere Main Rd, Tavarekere, Chikka Adugodi, S.G.
