Byjus think and learn Pvt limited - Amount not refunded

I had subscribed Byjus course( class *-* ICSC board) for my child Madhulika Dutta on **/**/**** but next day I called them and mailed them to cancel my subscription because child is not interested in this online course. According to their policy ***% money will be refunded if I cancel the course within ** days although I paid extra Rs.****/- for fast cancelling. Now in their ‘Byjus Think and Learn’ app. It is showing that my subscription is stopped and all the goodies returned to them but my money not refunded and nobody is responding , all the contract numbers are invalid now.
I paid the amount through Credit card EMI basis.
