- Rudely and disrespectful behaviour on senior citizen Open
I, a senior citizen aged ** years, have approached Jio store at Aranthangi- Tamil Nadu (******) to seek clarification on last recharge. The customer service person initially delayed in providing information and later when asked about not providing proper details, he disrespectfully behaved and not answered to query. They showed threatening posture and made me to leave jio store. I’ve been mentally stressed after the incident of a young servicemen raised voice in disrespect manner and threatening posture. I’ve made complaint in jio care, however there were no apology from jio store person and the complaint closed. Request voxya to get justice and compensation from Jio for causing mental stress.
