Karnakar filed complaint against Jio communication on Sep 7, 2020
I have recharged my jio mobile number for *year after assured *g connectivity from jio service provider. But I'm not getting the internet and I'm loosing *gb of data daily. Many time raised complaint to jio customer care but no change since *months. I'm working from home and due to poor bandwidth I'm receiving lots of feedback about my performance in my organization. I'm about to loose my job.
