Sir,
I came to pudukkottai branch for change my account from thillai nagar branch.I wrongly parked my vehicle in pathway due to my urgency.Meanwhile Mr Mainkandan who was working in credit card division behaved rude against me eventhough i asked apology.He threatened me along with security guard and gave verbal abuse.Later he went for his routine.
Generally speaking,please ensure mental counselling for your employees .Make sure that all employees are non alcohilic during duty hours .Hdfc Branch code :****
