Hdfc - Harrasment to family from collection executive

As i am registering this complaint i also know that I'm also not right at this point because I'm bot able to pay my credit card bill. But according to RBI guidelines no family members or relatives should be torcher or harrassed by the employee until and unless the family member is a guaranteed person for the case. Here my younger sister and my mother is been torcher by an executive of hdfc named Ravi-***********. Asking my younger sister to pay my due and telling my mother that I'm not his son. I hope there is some or the other to deal with this. I'm not able to pay the amount because i lost my job and because of recession i couldn't find one. As discussed with the executive i tried my level best to gather funds from my friends and relatives but none of them are ready to help and also my family is not that wealthy to pay the due. As i promised as soon as i get a job, ill pay all my debt. But harrassing my sister and my mother while they are on work is not that fine i think and it's also said in RBI register. I hope for the best response. I know I've done something which is going to harm my career but harrassing my family needs to be stopped. Thank you
