Gomechanic Car Service - ROHITH T R

They picked up my car on *.**pm approx **th February ****, but my actual pickup was at **am-**am on same day. Then the service buddy which who has assigned for me is updated in job card as the work is done and called him, he is not responding. Then called the guy who came to pickup and he said the service is not done they are wait for the spart part and will deliver next day which is **th February. And The next day i called him, his was switched. So no one is there for my update and workshop people send me unnecessary estimates which i have already paid through app online. I called customer care to report and they keep telling me they have reported this, their team will call you back and no one called. While purchasing the service in description they have mentioned, this service will only take *hour approx. Now its * days and still i didn't got my car back the service buddy is not responding either.
