Hdfc Bank - Rewards points redemption issue

I had one lakh thirty thousand seven hundred points in my card as a reward point. They gave me a *-month notice on **st August to redeem the point because their team consisting of Gods thought I used the card for Virtual currency purchase which was completely false. I raised several complaints against the bank and gave enough proof and this process continued till **th September and finally, their GOD team told us that your card will be blocked on **st September and it was blocked on the **th Midnight.
Since I was in the hope that my card will be unblocked hence I didn't redeem the points and on **st I found all my points are gone. So I raised the complaint again and then they agreed to issue a new card to redeem the points. Mr. Himadri made a call on **th September and told me that we have issued a new card so redeem your reward points and once the point becomes * we will block the card.
I got the card on **th September and on **th I was able to redeem * lakh * thousand points. I was left with ** thousand points which I thought will redeem on flight ticket for which I called the HDFC bank concierge team and they told me that we can't book the ticket as the card is blocked.
So I thought I will redeem the remaining points tomorrow for the hotel but the next day I found the card had been blocked and points have become *.
Since then it has been torture for me on redeeming those ** thousand points. They are making lame excuses and giving bull shit reasons as if they are doing some charity.
As proof, I have all the mails with me.
