HDFC BANK - Hdfc staff lied and pushed to take health insurance loan

about * months back, staff from hdfc bank constantly called me and asking to get credit card which i didn't even need in the first place. after many calls i was so stressed and pushed into get credit card. once i got my credit card, a staff from hdfc bank called me. this is his mobile number **********. he said as you got your credit card, taking healthcare insurance is a mandotary. i said im not interested in any of this atleast ** times. he still pushed me and said after this call ends, you will receive another call from ergo team, you should accept it. this is what he said. and the ergo team called me, and asked me few details and later they asked a question saying are you interested in taking this health care insurance. then i refused to them. then again the hdfc staff called me, the ergo team doesnt know about this policy, taking healthcare insurance from ergo is MANDATORY. i said why do they ask if its mandatory many times and he didnt leave me and constantly called and pushed me to take healthcare insurance from ergo.and said you just have to pay for * months and you call me and i will initialize the cancellation of the policy and as its * months you will get refund. so you wont have any problem.and then the ergo team called me again as he said it is mandatory.. i accepted the health insurance next time which i didn't need. and then after * month i constantly trying to reach him with this number which i couldnt do. its been four month since it happened. and full refund only applicable for * month. the * month onward they will take **% of those **,***+ . i cancelled the ergo insurance with my friends help. but as it cancelled the due is refelecting on my credit card to pay those amount.
