Snapdeal.com - Reverse pick-up not arranging nor ready to provide us compensation if we send the item

Snapdeal Order ID: *********** (Suborder Id: ***********) I order Magic mop which is damage so request for replacement, after several follow-ups they replace that Now I received the item but its not complete (damage)now I want refund, they are not arranging reverse pick-up nor providing me re-shipping charges saying un serviceable location just ** days before provide reverse pick-up for same order same location, not even responding to emails, if try to call not connected to customer care personnel, if they call just complete their words & disconnect the line as if we are here to listen them only telling us to send the item to us with any cheapest courier partner which we said its not available here but they are saying its available, if available then arrange by yourself i said after that they are not responding now.
