Hi I have made * recharge amount *** on Jan & *** on Feb month via Videocon QR code. The recharge was successful but was not updated on Videocon site. I have raised * tickets for the same but got closed stating to check with our bank .. I checked that too no money was received . I want either money to be reversed or recharge my Videocon account with this money
