After * years of purchasing the TV(Oct ****),The problem of back-light occurred in the month of october ****.
The service was done by Mega electronics,malakpeta hyderabad.which was not proper as the same problem reoccurred on the second day of the service done.
when I have complained about my grievance to the service centre ,they asked me to wait for a period of one month so that whole set of back-lights of TV needs to be replaced.
upon agreeing to that,the "back-lights" were replaced after one month.
Again for my surprise the "back-lights" were gone after the service on the third day after the service is done.
I have raised my complaint for the third time for the same reason for back-lights to the area service manager,they asked to wait for one more month so that the whole Panel of the Tv can be replaced,which is ridiculous .
I have been keep on calling them for the status but they are not eager to respond to customer grievance.
Its been a big pain to be without a TV at home.
the service centre and the company are equally responsible for this grievance.
Please help me out of this situation
