- Reversal of financial charges Open
I have made **% due payment with in the due date and the remaining amount is in * days after duedate due to lockdown situation in the month of April *st week. As soon as I observed there is financial charges of *****/- april month after bill generation I requested through email for reversal of financial charges but the bank customer service got delayed in resolving the service about * months. Since its huge amount of financial charges I made the amount which is equivalent to my purchases for respective months. But they keep adding the financial charges for May and June Bill's. In th month of june they reverted the first month charges i.e. April month request charges after several followups and escalations. And saying its not possible to revert next two months changes of around ****/-. I want justice in this because if they respond properly in time I could not have these many charges. This is happened due to delay in customer service side and why I have to pay for their mistake. Please consider this is an example and resolve my problem.
