Sbi Cards - Extortion small wrong charges

Card was asked to closed...final bill amount of Rs **** was paid as per credit card statement. Fresh card was not delivered. Bank had been charging, late fee wrongly despite the payment of Rs ****/-SBI card harassing for wrongly charged fess despite complaining many times in detail.
This is not at all fair dealing and gross extortion. I have not got the Card at all, the card was inactive since May **, have been requesting time and again to cancel the card. In these circumstances your bank debit the renewal fees and start charging late fees and unreasonably high when there is no underlying transaction made by me. This is not justify to ask for the payment of outstanding balance or Rs. ****/-. I am not at all inclined to pay the same.
Hence you are once again requested to reverse all wrong and unjustified claims of outstanding. I am not going to pay as nothing is due. You need to revisit your bank harsh and unjustified, illogical policies to continue farce claims.
I have always cleared my dues in full every month, despite not getting the bills in time.
I reiterate I am not going to pay the outstanding as they are not at all genuine and without my consent as well as authorisation you debited the renewal charges for an inactive card, more over a fresh card was never delivered at all. What for you are claiming the amount just think.
Please escalate my concerns with the highest authority of your organisation.

Very bad, again again you start calling to extort the money, last due amount was ****/- paid in full, I did not have the new card with me, have informed many times I do not want card anymore with such a great customer care agency which is trying to extract money when nothing is due for any genuine in underlying trasaction other then illogical forcible unreasonale charges. I am not going to loose anything, you have lost a valuable customer.
I am going to further report this matter to RBI and consumer forum that your agencies are harassing me for extortation when noting is due other than your undue charges even after making full payment of last bill of Rs ****.
you are once again being requested to close the matter as I have paid all the dues and informed to close the card in May **** after which I was asked to pay ****/- last bill which I paid in full.
