The product I received was a size smaller so I requested a return of the product on ** May. But till now no action has been taken. I have called them * times but each time I get only one answer to wait for ** hrs. Every time the consumer care says that they have forwarded the complaint but till now no action has been taken. I am completely frustrated with the process.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
