This is regarding my order no *******-*******-*******
roadster men khaki regular fit chinos
and united colors of Benetton blue regular casual shirt ...
on ** of oct i tried to return due to fitting issues...but unable to return the products, a error massage was showing- '' we are sorry something unexpected happened'.same msg was showing again nd again. now i am unable to return bc there is no return option.
after * days , i called cx care he said you cant return it due to return period has been expired.
jst bc of your technical prob, i did not return on time.
Why should I suffer for no fault of mine !!!!!
