Prashant Arora filed complaint against Flipkart on May 14, 2019
I am here to talk you about my Flipkart order no OD****************** that was delivered to me on *th May ****. When I open the packet I found that the product was faulty (it's sound cracks when the product volume is raised more than ** %). It looks like used and deo spray is spread all around the speaker and it was dirty too. I immediately requested a replacement to Flipkart and Flipkart ask me to wait for ** hrs to get approval for my request by the concerned team by email or call but instead of getting any call or email from their concerned team I got the message of return request rejection from Flipkart on **th May. Immediately after this, they block my account so that I cannot log in to regenerate my return request. Nobody from Flipkart contacts me regarding the faulty and used product they decide it own and reject my request by replying that seller is unable to fulfil your request. Why the seller will provide new product when he is knowing that he is delivering the used product. After that I make contact with Flipkart via phone they ask me to wait till **th of May resolve this and now they are not responding to me. Every time they send me same mail that your order OD****************** is cancelled by our system. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. How can a delivered product be cancelled? Flipkart clearly denies accepting the return of the used and faulty product. I had made payment for this using Flipkart pay later option (in which we have to make payment at the end of months like credit cards). Now my concern is that they are not accepting the return for this and they also block me from login but at the end of the month they force me to pay for this used product and maybe allow to login to account after return window for that product is closed. They are using cheap ways to steal customer money. I am attaching images of the received product and their reply to this complaint. Please help me.
