Myntra Sketchers - Return rejected And Item reshipped Order ID

I Have Ordered A Pair Of Sketchers Sneakers STYLE : (SN *****- YEL ).My Return Request Was Rejected Without No Proper Reason Justifying It. The delivery boy agreed that the order was returned by me in a proper & intact way and he did not find anything wrong with it. However the quality analyst rejected it, when i check with the delivery boy he said the quality analyst stated the shoe contains stains. Upon receiving it today, i found there were stains like designs at the back of the shoe which was from beforehand itself as I received the first day. Even the back of the shoe contains an sticker in white color which is in proper condition & which proves that its not been used by me orelse it would not have been in white colors if there were stains done by me so the statement made my Myntra is false ! The shoe is in proper condition with tags and sticker attached as i received. I reached customer support but its of no help !! I demand action to be taken and refund against this. Myntra is fooling & harassing customers in the name of business this days! This is not the way to expand business!!
