Since last * month byjus app is not working on given tablet. Mentor who introduced us for subscription are not responding to our call.
Our student are not getting online tution even though regular EMI is going
Your customer care are totally irresponsible
They always say that they will manage call with our mentor but never managed
We are thinking that we are wasting our hard earned money and wasting valuable time of our student
Looking on reputation on media and big actor advertisement of byjus company
You should not have behave like this
You are cheating with students

If you are unable to teach our student regularly please stop making fool all of us.we are feeling that got cheated.
