I have ordered a dress(lehanga) from meesho app. But I got a totally different item which is an old cloth piece with dirt. The product color and product type is also different from shown in the product photo. The product is coverwd by * covers with * different addresses, the last address is mine. So it is clear that the dress is returned from * other customers. The company is trying to cheat us.
I placed a return order, and they approved my return request. But the pickup courier boy does not take the product, because, The company is giving a different picture for them. So, they can't take it.
I placed return request * times. But the pickup boys coming and cancelling return request.
When calling to customer care they saying that 'place another return request'. And the process repeats itself..
Please arrange the pickup from meesho(without picture for the pickup boy) to take the product back and refund my amount.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
