Virender singh filed complaint against Myntra on Apr 24, 2019
I have ordered from Myntra a shirt US polo pink colour under policy try and buy and return within a day. The delivery boy delivers my product away from the address. That's why I did not try that time but when I saw the product quality is not good as expected by me. I request for return.
On **-**-** pickup man came for picking my shirt. But he said that it did not fulfil my quality control but I have not used that shirt. That looked like the used shirt. He refused to pick the order. Due to this, I am mentally upset and also faced financial loss.
Today also I contacted customers care but they did not solve my problem till the time. I request you please take appropriate action regarding Myntra pickup man.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
