Yebo India - Return not initiated since 2 months

I have ordered a product and that was worst than the picture on the website. I have placed return within * days but surprisingly no reply till now and I always get mail as we will be checking. Not sure till how many years they will check for return. Product is waste and money got wasted. Such irresponsible service and website.
