Yebo India - Return not picking up back and money not refunding

I have ordered a lehenga on April ,was not satisfied with the product quality and requested for a return. return request was approved but even after a month it is not picked up back or refunded my money. Its been more than **email conversations, ** phone calls. On all calls they are promising will arrange for pick up. But no one turned up. Now the situation is my call is not getting answered nor getting proper response on email. Simply ignoring. Product is eligible for return as per Yebo India return policy
