I shopped from this website and ended up not liking the quality of the shirts I received so I wanted to go ahead and start the return and refund process. Once that started. I realised that I have not been getting any responses so I tried to reach them out via different mediums and places and still there was no response. I decided to go ahead and do a little bit of you know dig up a little bit of what is happening in this website and, you know, who are these people? and I figured out that they've been scamming people for very long and it’s been so long that since you know, they been stealing peoples money, not responding them back if they want to return the product and overall in simple terms have been frauding people. so yeah that’s what this is about. It’s not like it's about the money but more about how and why Instagram is allowing such websites to function and even after so many reports of them being a scam and you know so many people trying to tell Instagram that this is not the right or fair business. They're still allowing them to post and to function and their website is still on they're acting like they’re a normal Legit place which they’re not. so the conclusion is that I have been scammed by this website caaraa official and I am not alone a lot of people have been scammed and Instagram Is still allowing them to function as if they’re normal which they should not and also another point is that it has become so easy for people to steal peoples money, by you know just make a page and sell product yes obviously I do want my money back and this is why I am just trying every thing I can to file a report and all of that.
