I had ordered * shirts from Caaraa with buy * get * free . The product got delivered but now I have a size issue so I want them to exchange it but the contact number and mail id they have provided are not working neither they are responding in email too.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
