I have ordered the kid's apparel from Firstcry and it got delivered on **st July and had only * days return policy which I somehow missed. I saw that to raise concern last date was **th august and hence, I tried to raise concern on *th night but website did not allow me and then, I called customer helpdesk to get concern raised. Customer helpdesk advised to write an email and I wrote the email on *th August about the concern that this product is not worth buying and of poor quality but they declined my request of arranging return. Its a shame that they give an option to raise a concern but did not arrange a return.
