I ordered two tops (under Order#*******PMODI*D**F ) from firstcry.com. The product delivered to me was an old product manufactured in Feb'** i.e more than *+ years. When i raised this concern, firstcry refused to return this as they are saying that it is a non-returnable product.
I have written any times to first cry customer care, but they always reply 'it is a non-returnable product' and do not do anything for why they are delivering old product and making them non-returnable. This is injustice to the customer and there is no one to hear customer voice.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
