I ordered * caps on myntra . both the caps were large, it did not fit. so i applied for return on the app . delivery executive came on **th June but i was out of station so i was unable to return them and so the delivery guy came on **th June and took both of my caps . he did not give me his name or any pickup id or pickup receipt then the app shows one cap pickup successful and the other one pickup failed and also i received a text message regarding this on **th June that my cap pickup failed . i contacted myntra customer service thrice and spoke to executive thrice , they keep on asking saying they have not received the product and keep asking me about pickup receipt , return number id ,delivery executive name and i was not provided with any of the details so how can i provide them that ? * times they kept asking me about all of these details and i said i don't have any details with me , i only have the delivery executive phone number but they don't listen. for the *th time i called the myntra customer service and the executive in the middle of the conversation and ended the call and blocked me . i was blocked from the myntra customer service . so please i need help
