- Requested Replacement of Fridge from Whirlpool Closed

We bought a whirlpool triple door fridge from Amazon and it delivered on **-**-****.It stopped cooling **-**-****.We raised a complaint (ref no:- VIJ*********** ) on *-*-****.After many follow ups , technician visited on *-*-**** and said compressor failed.
We highly disappointed there, within * months major part (compressor) of fridge failed.After many calls, many follow-ups , the compressor is replaced on **-*-****.While replacing compressor due to poor knowledge of technician, he broke down capillary tube .
Again a dissapointment, again senior technician visited us on **-*-**** and said everything will be fine.
But fridge is not working properly even we choose nobin control high.
I have asked Whirlpool team to replace fridge as it has * year manufacturer warranty, but they didn't responding properly.So i need an immediate replacement of triple door fridge or else i want my money back along with penalty (because lot of struggle, lot of disappointment, moreover a mental torture)
