- Request on Cancellation Closed
On **th of June I raised a cancel request and on **th of June I received a message saying my request has been resolved.
Till now (**th of June) my connection is not terminated, when I call customer care they told me that I agreed to continue on **th of June. But I didn't get any sort of mail or call or message for that.
They just simply updated and keep my connection active. Now I end up in paying more for not using my connection.
When I can customer care they didn't gave me full information not polite. Very worst experience I raise the cancellation thrice and no improvement.
