* week ago their executive called to me and told postpaid sim benefits then i said go ahead and convert my sim from prepaid to postpaid. but they deactivate my prepaid sim service and still not activate my postpaid sim service. when i call to them they always give me new date and new date.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
