BetWay sports - Report against fraud and looped services

I deposited my hard earned **** rs to deposit after fancy promises by one of betway's customer care executive but it did not reflected onto my account even after the payment was successfully completed. It takes *-* hours in queue to connect with someone from support even after that chat is the only option. I requested them to update or refund my amount but they directed me to mail the request to support@betway.com with proof of payment. I did that but no one replied neither acknowledged that my request is being looked upon. I followed up on multiple emails and addresses with proof but to no avail. They do not reply to any mail. My money is almost vanished from account to nowhere. It's been * weeks, I can provide the proof of payment as well. Please help me and my fellow Indians. This company is looting them through different modes.
It is very very difficult to get in touch with them in person after the money is deposited. They don't reply once they receive an amount of payment. God knows how much more innocent users are being scammed by them.

Please help me, this is my last hope.
