I ordered a battery for my Redmi note *s device from maxbhi.com . But when i have inserted that battery with help of a technician it was dead but the mobile was not turning on at all. I tried to charge it for * hour but that didn't work at all.

i placed the Replacement request but they have rejected the request because there was some glue at the backside of the battery which happened while testing the battery but that is so obvious .

I want a full refund for this & never recommend/use maxibhi again.Poor Replacement policy.
